At Baked at 8, we’ve always believed that the simple things, done really well, bring the most joy. Our banana breads have become something of a London staple — from cafés in Shoreditch to coffee spots in Chelsea, we now supply over 50 cafés across the city, each one serving up slices of our world-class banana bread.
But Londoners are always hungry for more (literally and figuratively). Over the years, our customers have asked: “What’s next?” And so, we’ve taken everything we’ve learned about fresh, quality baking and poured it into a brand-new range: muffins.
