After years of baking from our home kitchen, supplying independent cafés with handcrafted banana bread, we’ve taken the next step in our journey. Our new production facility is based within the excellent Dephna Kitchens in North London, giving us the space and capability to significantly increase production while maintaining the quality we’re known for.

Growing to Meet Demand
Since launching Baked at 8, we’ve been fortunate to work with a growing number of cafés across London and the South East. As demand has increased, we knew we needed a dedicated commercial production space that would allow us to scale without compromising on quality.
Our new home at Dephna Kitchens provides a professional, food-safe production environment designed specifically for food businesses. Every loaf will continue to be baked in small batches using the same recipes, premium ingredients and attention to detail that have helped us build our reputation.
The difference is that we can now produce far more of them.
